We will analyze all your 3 credit files. We will be looking for errors in items like identity theft, wrongful accounts, charge-offs, mixed credit files. Any major mistakes/errors are a violation of the law.

Communication with Credit Agencies
Additional legal documents are sent to the 3 credit agencies (Transunion, Equifax, and Experian) for immediate verification, updates, deletions, and/or corrections.
Timeline and Updates
True, the lawsuit process is long, taking months and years depending on how big the mistakes are and how hard those we sue for you fight back in court. We and our referral partners will keep you up to date.
